Miguel -- Thanks for fixing my home septic system. Valley Rooter Drain Service (VRDS) was given my contract information from a company that had previously replaced my leach field and had not had time in the last two months to even come to my home and assess the problem. When I bought my home the former owner buried the cleanout line for my septic system. I tried to find it myself with no luck. It was years down the line and I needed to clean out the tank. I called Valley Rooter Drain Service and they suggested Miguel. He not only found the tank, but installed a drain pipe and lid so I could easily find it next time. He had to remove the fixture in the bathroom to find the tank while I was at work. He put everything back and cleaned it up. I couldn't tell he had even been there. He kept the cost right at the estimate. I wouldn't call anyone else. Miguel is the best!

We had a septic leak into our flowerbed. He was able to come out the same day and fix the clog. Recognizing our tank was likely full, he gave us the option to have him dig out the septic tank lid, or to do it ourselves to save cost. We dug it out and had him come back a week later. He took pictures to document his work and did a great job. We are having him put in a riser so we don't have to dig for the tank in the future. Rigby soil is rough to dig out, so I don't want to have to keep doing that every few years, let alone the damage to the lawn every time we do.

Our serviceman was very professional and friendly. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced.
